Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will have a background in BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering and experience in cost estimation, specifically for fit-out or ground-up construction projects. You will play a key role in preparing detailed cost estimates, coordinating with our purchasing team, and preparing bid documents to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for various construction projects, including fit-out and ground-up builds.
Coordinate material pricing and availability with the Purchasing Officer.
Prepare and finalize bid documents for project submissions.
Ensure accuracy in cost breakdowns and meet project deadlines.
Work closely with project teams to monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
A graduate of BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost estimation, particularly for fit-out and ground-up construction projects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Location: Quezon City
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: Php 17,000.00 - Php 22,000.00 (Depending on experience)
