**Job Duties**:
- Handles Administration of pre and post contract.
- Responsible for the preparation of quantity takeoff, cost estimate analysis, variation and forecasting of future/final cost.
- Prepare re-measurements based on the latest design information to achieve accurate cost forecasting for sub-contractor and direct works.
- Manage subcontract orders, preliminary evaluations, inquiring of quotation, and valuation of final accounts.
- Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interiM/Final accounts
- Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities
- Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of record
- Produce and maintain month-end cost-to-date and forecast costs for sub-contractors
- Highlight deviations from plan to supervisor for subsequent action planning and corrective action
- Perform quantity take-off, quantity checks, based on drawings (IFC, preliminary or sketches) for tenders and/or projects under execution
- Perform QS related works designated by Commercial Team Lead, Sr Quantity Surveyor (e.g.
drawing and documentation comparison for claims and similar commercial support, etc.)
- Tender submission requirements preparation and co-ordination as required or needed.
- Provide support to the estimating team as may be required
**Job Requirements**:
- Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
- Minimum 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Extensive work experience as Quantity Surveyor in large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred
- Experience on the quantity surveying processes and techniques.
- With relevant knowledge on the implementation of ISO accepted procedure.
- Well versed on locally and internationally accepted codes and standards.
- Advanced understanding of methodology and construction technique.
- A team player and able to interact with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and integrity.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Has experience working in a QS Consultancy type of Work and Environment.
- Must be willing to work in Makati (Along Chino Roces Ave. near Walter Mart).
