Quantity Surveyor

QS Job Responsibilities: Manage costs of construction project to ensure the project is completed within its projected budget Forecast the costs of different materials needed for the project Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly Undertake other responsibilities when required. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English Required Skill(s): numeracy, a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to use Autocad, Glodon, ability to negotiate, attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Must be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Speaking clients.
