Quantity Surveyor

Forecast the cost of materials needed for various projects
Prepare tender documents, contracts, bill of quantities, and other necessary documents
Track changes in design for budget adjustment
Procure subcontractors who can work in the project
Measure and evaluate work done onsite
Source and select construction materials
Prepare reports and updates
With at least 1-2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor is required for this position
Must be a license Civil Engineer
Can start ASAP
