QUANTITY SURVEYOR

 

Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

Preferred licensed Civil Engineer

At least 1 year of solid work experience as Quantity Surveyor

Worked in horizontal projects or DPWH Projects would be an advantage

Can work under pressure and less supervision

Willing to work in Siquijor

Skill set for Quantity Surveyor:
Strong Mathematical knowledge

Excellent attention to detail

Analytical thinking skills
- Understanding of engineering science and technology

Knowledge of building and construction

Ability to use own initiative

Duties and Responsibilities:
Do project estimates and material take offs as instructed

Prepare tender bid documents

Evaluate site progress and monitor status of projects

Participate/Report in all Project/Company Meetings when necessary

Monitor, tracks and report site cash flow distribution and coordinate with Finance Department

Help ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget
