Quantity Surveyor

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (BS Arch) or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in cost estimation for fit-out and ground-up projects
• High attention to detail
• Capacity to work independently or as part of a team
• Manage risk, value engineering and cost control measures
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office Suite)
