Quantity Surveyor (Electrical /Mechanical Engineer)

• Carry out feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs.
• Negotiates and draw up bids for tenders and contracts.
• Monitors each stage of construction to make sure that costs are in line with budget forecasts.
• Provides financial progress reports to management.
• Prepares in-house estimates, derive cost, valuate subcontractors cost.
• Provides advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting correspondence.
• Assists in preparation and adherence to project purchasing targeting and costing budgets.
• Assists Operations Manager & Engineering Manager with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.
• Performs other related work as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• With experience as Quantity Surveyor
• At least 2-3 years experience

1- Electrical Engineer
1- Mechanical Engineer

SALARY:
20K- 35K
