Quantity Surveyor - Electrical

Details of the offer

A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is usually required.
3-5 years of working experience in construction industry.
Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity takeoff, and cost management techniques specific to electrical engineering projects is essential. Knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and construction methods is also necessary.
Understand relevant building codes, regulations, and standards related to electrical engineering and construction. Knowledge of market trends, pricing, and procurement processes for electrical materials and equipment is also valuable.
Background in High-Rise projects.
Familiar with the local supplier.
Willing to be assigned in Pasay City.
