Quantity Surveyor Electrical Engineer (Head Office)

Quantity Surveyor will be reporting under Non-Electric Design, which will be responsible in costing preparation & proposal analysis of MERALCO projects
Job Responsibilities: Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other relevant documents.Review building, construction or architectural plans and prepare quantity needs and cost of materials.Create price/forecast of the cost of materials needed as well as feasibility studiesUndergo Quantity Take-off and Plan interpretationCarry out monthly valuation of work in progress including forecasting of final cost and sales.Material Submission, Ordering, and ProcurementSupplier/Subcontractor Quotation and EvaluationMeasure and value work done on siteJob Qualification: Licensed ELECTRICAL ENGINEERProficiency in AutoCadWith relative experience in Quantity Surveying or estimationCan start ASAPWork Location: Ortigas, Pasig City Work Schedule: Onsite, Full Time, Monday - Friday
