Quantity Surveyor - Civil

The Estimator is the assigned personnel of the company to make bare cost estimates.
l Conducts site inspection and determines all the necessary requirements needed for an accurate estimation.
l Attends pre-bid conferences.
l Studies the Terms of Reference of any projects

l Coordinates with the Designer for any relevant information.
All design and engineering issues must be resolved immediately.
l Coordinates with the Technical Materials Coordinator to determine updated prices for bare cost estimation.
l Estimates the following:
Preliminaries

Manpower costs

Material costs

Methodology costs / Work Breakdown Structure

Risk Assessment Analysis

Other costs

l Ensures that everything is covered in the bare cost estimation before forwarding to the Estimation Lead for submission to the Cost Control Department.
l Ensures documentation of the project.
l Reports needed to submit to the Technical Head/Operations Director:
1.
Site Inspection Report

2.
Pre-bid Conference Report

3.
Updates Client Estimate Folder

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
