Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineer

Must be a licensed Civil Engineer with at least 3 years experienced as Quantty Surveyor. Job Descripton: 1. Profcient in accurately interpretng contract drawings and For Constructon Drawings. 2. Familiarity with project materials and technical specifcatons. 3. Knowledgeable in the law of contract, contract agreements, and conditons. 5. Ability to communicate clearly in technical language. 6. Sound understanding of building materials, constructon techniques/methodology, and industry customs. 7. Competent in quantty take-of for civil, structural, architectural, and MEPF works. 8. Familiarity with constructon prices (labor, plant, and materials). 9. Skilled in preparing and accurately calculatng Bill of Quanttes (BOQ). 10. Ability to identfy, evaluate, and process variaton orders of contractors. 11. Competent in preparing monthly billing for subcontractors. 12. Profcient in monitoring, controlling, and maintaining records of materials delivery and contractor accomplishment. 13. Capable of preparing and applying contra-charges and ensuring contractor performance against contract conditons. 14. Able to prepare value engineering/cost value analysis and perform cost control. 15. Profcient in preparing and processing Final Account under main contract and Sub-contract Agreement. 16. Skilled in preparing cash fow forecastng in collaboraton with Project Manager. Others: 1. Profciency in computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CAD, Planswif, etc.). 2. Ability to convey complete informaton to Operatons. 3. Punctual in meetng deadlines. 4. Regular atendance at required meetngs. 5. Assists with project schedule preparaton and updates in the absence of OE. 6. Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and other project team members to resolve challenges and conficts. 7. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from tme to tme. Qualifcatons: 1. Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering preferred; Professional License is a plus but not required. 2. At least 3 years of similar experience in estmates and QS works 3. Strong analytcal, communicaton, presentaton skills, and atenton to detail. 4. Results-oriented, team-player with strong interpersonal skills. 5. Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna 6. Can start ASAP.
