(Makati and Manila )**Job Description**:JOB ACCOUNTABILITYCalculates and manages all cost-related aspects in construction projects to ensure the project is completed within the projective budget.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Calculates budget before the start of a project based on the final awarded price.2. Tracks changes to the design and/or construction work/schedule and adjusts budget projections vs project accomplishment.3. Recommends for approval of monthly progress billings/claims and ensures sub-contracted payment schedule is in accordance with sub-contract agreement.4. Keeping track of variations in projects to ensure the project costs remain within the stipulated budget i.e. manpower, materials, tools, utilities, etc.5. Validates cost coding report to ensure project/building profitability.6. Ensures timely and proper execution of project deliverables in consideration of contractual obligations.7. Assesses risks and resolves issues and technical problems that may arise.8. Prepares monthly construction billings and claims.9. Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.10. Maintains organized files and related documents.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION1. Registered Engineer or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor, with one to four (1-4) years of quantity surveying experience preferably from a reputable construction company.2. With a working knowledge of design codes.3. Background in Contract Management.4. Attention to details.5. Strong sense of time management and self-improvement.6. Able to perform productively while under pressure.7. Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- construction: 2 years (required)
