Quantity Surveyor (Architect) - Pasig

This role will report under MIESCOR-Distribution Utilities Services (DUS) unit who will work closely in a teamwork environment.
The architect will be assigned in quantity surveying of MERALCO's projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other relevant documents
2. Review building, construction or architectural plans and prepare quantity needs and cost of materials
3.
Create price/forecast of the cost of materials needed as well as feasibility studies
4.
Undergo Quantity Take-off and Plan interpretation
5.
Carry out monthly valuation of work in progress including forecasting of final cost and sales
6.
Material Submission, Ordering, and Procurement
7.
Supplier/Subcontractor Quotation and Evaluation
8.
Measure and value work done on site
9.
Come up with ways to reduce overall cost of a project ensuring the best value

QUALIFICATION:
- Registered Architect
- Must be proficient in these software: Microsoft tools & AutoCAD
- Min.
of 2 years work experience in QS & estimation
- Can start asap

Work Location: MERALCO Pasig
Work Schedule: Full time On-site, Monday-Friday
