Quantity Cost Engineer

Quantity/Cost Engineer Job Description
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates of the detailed design of the Project
• Prepare cost estimates during the preparation of the future project
• Check quantity and cost for variations of the works
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including bills of quantities of civil works contract packages
• Assist preparing contract drawings for the project, i.e.
road plans, longitudinal profiles, cross-sections, and/or others for rehabilitation works
• Preparation of future project, prepare the estimates of quantity and costs for improvement civil works and overall project costs
• Review and analysis of weekly report and monthly report of civil works contracts
• Collect information on work done quantities, material on site
• Review and calculate monthly statements submitted by contractors
• Regular update of overall project cost estimates by completion
• Estimate required quantities and costs of variations for civil works contracts
• Prepare yearly budget plan for implementation and necessary financial documents

Minimum Requirements:
• Must be a Civil engineer
• Bachelor's degree
• With experience as Estimator in at least 10 work-projects
• 10 years of experience
• He or she should have experience, as the Quantity/Cost Engineer
