Nezda is actively looking for a Quality Team Lead.
Qualifications:2 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance in a BPO setup.Experience as a QA Team Lead.Six Sigma Green Belt certified or trained resource with domain experience is an advantage.Excellent communication skills in English.Good knowledge of Audit and Evaluation function.Job Description:Supervise a group of quality evaluators.Work with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed, and agreed upon.Make the QA team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all queries.Coach and develop quality evaluators to improve process and transaction monitoring.Conduct regular audits and quality checks of all transactions to ensure compliance with pre-set standards and policies.
