Quality Support Staff

• Analyzes accuracy and completeness of data and data entry using a coding guide, references, specifications and various terminal portals.• Executes final inspection of all POS terminals using FIFO including push updates prior activation by POS Preparation Team.• Identifies critical problems and issues encountered during final inspection and conduct proper escalation and documentation to support the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).• Ensures full understanding of In-Process Control Specification Framework for a successful inspection cycle.• Endorses good POS Terminals to FTS Dispatch and places devices to designated rack of the zoning method.• Collaborates with the POS Preparation Team Leaders to correct errors.• Returns all POS terminals that did not qualify for dispatch to POS Preparation as well as reports the final assessment using the Tangent Services Management System (TMSS) or Zoho Desk.• Uses CAPA to document audit verification about inconsistencies and errors thereby addressing the source of variability to improve the quality of the outcome.• Reports CAPA to internal auditors for verification and ensures continual improvement.• Generates daily productivity report using a database or provided tool.• Trained to use the TSMS, third-party terminal management platforms, and other relevant communication tools.• Collaborates with CCIARCO Manager for the purpose of developing effective testing and strategies.• Applies and upholds to the CCIARCO Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct while on duty.MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree.• With interest in applying to a technical work nature.• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig.• Hardworking and a team player.• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
