The Quality Management Specialist oversees process documentation and mapping projects, maintaining high-quality standards throughout all operations. Additionally, the specialist fosters interdepartmental collaboration, contributing to the enhancement of overall business performance. What Makes You a Fit for this Role: A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality or Process Improvement role. Proven track record in managing process improvement projects. ISO Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, with hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining ISO compliance within an organization. Data Analysis: Ability to collect and analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Proficiency in using statistical analysis tools like Minitab, SPSS, or Excel.
