? Acts as Quality Representative;
? Organises and implements a schedule of internal audits at the office identifying non-conformities;
? Monitors corrective and preventive actions taken in such cases and also verifies its effectiveness;
? Analyses audit results and presents findings to the Management;
? Sets, monitors & reviews company objectives;
