Job Description:
• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control
processes
Devise and review specifications for products or processesSet requirements for suppliers (i.e. external professional lecturers, etc.) and monitor
their compliance in collaboration with the Program Management Office.
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligationsSupervise auditors, and other staff and provide guidance and feedbackOversee all academic-related development procedures to identify deviations from
quality standards
Inspect final outputs from departmentsReview and monitor corrective action plans submitted by the different Offices.Keep accurate documentation and perform and prepare analysis of audit results.Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are metSubmit detailed reports to appropriate executivesBe on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient
procedures.
• Oversee the Document Controller and may be assigned as such in the absence of
the Document Controller.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Competencies: Working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methodsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability.Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business and social sciences related fieldWith an academic and corporate backgroundPreferably with experience in handling people/teamAt least 3 years related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory level
Salary Range: 25,000.00 – 30,000.00
