• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
• Devise and review specifications for products or processes
• Set requirements for suppliers (i.e. external professional lecturers, etc.) and monitor their compliance in collaboration with the Program Management Office.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
• Supervise auditors, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
• Oversee all academic related development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
• Inspect final outputs from departments
• Review and monitor corrective action plans submitted by the different Offices.
• Keep accurate documentation and perform and prepare analysis of audit results.
• Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
• Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
• Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient
procedures.
• Oversee the Document Controller and may be assigned as such in the absence of the Document Controller.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business and social sciences related field
• With academic and corporate background
• Preferably with experience in handling people/team
• At least 3 years related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory level
Salary Range: 25,000.00 – 30,000.00
