Quality Document Controller

Employment : Contract 1 year Industry : Oil & Gas Location : Melaka Scope of Works: Manage and organize documents, ensuring proper filing, version control, and distribution.
Support administrative functions by preparing correspondence, reports, and assisting with meeting coordination.
Administer document control systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) and ensure appropriate access and security.
Provide general administrative support to the all department, preparing agendas, and managing project related communications.
Requirement(s): Minimum diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience managing document control for Quality in construction sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for maintaining records and preparing reports.
Familiarity with knowledge of document management procedures, version control, and organization techniques.
