Quality Control - Road Tester

Quality Control - Road Tester proactively delivers the Ford Guest Experience process at an exceptional level to all Guests that come into contact with the Dealership's Service department. Workshop Controllers are an operational necessity of Metro and higher volume Service Departments. They remove the need for the Service Advisor to worry about the workshop scheduling and loading, and this allows them more time to focus on the most important part of their role, which is managing the guest.

Also, Assist the Aftersales Manager in directing the service experience activities of the company.
