Exxel Prime Int'l Trading Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC & QA Supervisor - Technical Services to oversee the quality control and assurance processes for our products, ORO socks, stockings, and OMG cosmetics. In this role, you will ensure that all products meet the company's high standards for quality, safety, and compliance. You will manage the QC/QA team, supervise daily inspections and testing procedures, and collaborate closely with the production and technical services teams to ensure quality throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the QC/QA team, setting performance expectations and conducting training on quality control procedures and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance procedures for all incoming materials, production processes, and finished goods.
- Conduct routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform and supervise technical tests on products, including durability, material quality, and safety, in accordance with product specifications.
- Oversee and maintain documentation of quality control records, testing results, and any non-compliance or corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with the product development, production, and logistics teams to address any quality-related issues or concerns.
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory standards and certifications related to product quality.
- Lead investigations into product defects or customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Continuously assess and improve quality management systems, proposing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the QC/QA areas.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Certifications in Quality Management or Six Sigma are a plus.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in quality control/assurance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control principles, methods, and tools.
- Experience with product testing, material analysis, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Familiarity with industry standards, such as ISO certifications, and product safety regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a team, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product quality.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively report on quality issues and collaborate with other teams.
Preferred Qualities:

- Familiarity with textile quality standards, particularly in fashion and cosmetic products, is advantageous.
