We are looking for a Quality Control Officer to ensure that the highest standards of product quality are met. In order to promote continuous improvement, he or she will report to the Operations Manager and shall be in charge of maintaining quality control of our products and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Implement comprehensive quality control policies, procedures and standards to ensure consistent product quality.Oversees the examination of quality issues, locating the underlying causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.Collaborate with other department to monitor sample stocks.Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the quality control processes.Recommend and implement improvements when required and training staff to use them.
Qualifications
Graduate of any related Business course/ Electronics/Electrical courseAt least 1 year experience as QC Officer or any related Electronics/ Electrical experience.Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.Ability to manage and monitor his/her team.Strong leadership and motivational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge in lighting fixtures is an advantage.
