Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities:
In-charge for both existing and new product sample brought to third party laboratory for analysis.
Recommend new changes of standard specification of the products.
Ensure timely submission of government related documents, renewal of license and certificate of product under Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and others.
Oversee maintenance or repairs of laboratory equipment.
Assist Sales Department in answering all the queries of the customer about the products and act as customer service when problem occurs.
Work with Sales and Marketing for review and approval of changes in packaging materials.
Oversee the checking all the installed holding tanks, and conduct final inspections of the service tank after it was cleaned.
In-charge of research of products characteristics or properties.
Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis and resolution.
Manage incoming inspection of packaging materials and raw materials to ensure adherence from approved procedures and quality packaging and raw materials.
Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Ensure compliance to training requirement of QC personnel based on regulator and customer requirements.
Responsible for improving and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff for proper usage.
Liaise with auditors and ensure the execution of corrective action to non-conformance observed during audit.
Establish and review specifications for products and processes.
Setting requirements for new material and packaging materials for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
Oversee management and control of Quality Control records.
Oversee proper storage and disposal of retention samples, standard samples and LSD

Qualifications:
Licensed Chemical Engineer or Chemist
At least 5 years experience as Manager/Supervisor

WORK SET-UP:
On site (CBY Head Office)
Temporary Compressed work week (Monday to Friday) from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Original schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
