Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager plans, leads, organizes and controls the activities of Quality Control Division and acts as Quality Management Representative in overseeing the audit and compliance activities of the company.
1.
Implements and monitors quality control standard to ensure that the operations, from raw materials to ATC finished products, meet the quality, integrity and efficiency set by the company.
2.
Assesses company production processes to develop quality policies, procedures and specifications consistent with ATC and MMC's Quality Standards.
3.
Manages customer claims including validation of countermeasures to prevent recurrence of quality problems.
4.
Collaborates with Purchasing Department to ensure raw materials from external suppliers meet quality requirements.
5.
Leads supplier's evaluation and quality audit.
6.
Performs other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
1.
College Graduate in Engineering or related industrial, scientific, or business field required

2.
8 to 10 years of related experience required with at least five years of managerial experience

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
