Job description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors, tests and inspects all processes involved in the production of a product and the product itself. Has to ensure that the quality standards are met by every component of the product or service provided by the company.Monitors the development of all products manufactured by the company.Responsible for acquiring the quality in the product and services of the company.Verify the quality of a product with the help of parameters like weight, texture and other physical properties of a product. In mechanical industry.Ensures the quality of every part individually. Likewise, for every industry, these methods vary from product to product.Monitors every process involved in the production of a product.Ensures the quality of purchased goods as well as the finished goods.Recommends the reprocessing of the low quality products.Responsible for the documentation of inspection and tests conducted on products of a company.Ensures that the product of a company meets the quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 9002, etc.Maintains the checklist of inspection processes and protocols used in a company.Responsible in identifying the problems and issues regarding the quality of the products and also makes any recommendations to the higher authorities Makes analysis of the device history records and previous documentation of a product for future reference QUALIFICATIONS Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsShould be good in arithmetic calculation and possess mechanical aptitude when requiredCan work with minimum supervisionHigh School or Senior High SchoolShould be knowledgeable with the different methods of quality assurance used in a company capable of using tools for this purposeHas an experience of more than 1 years is usually required
