Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality.
As a key member of our team, you'll inspect, test, and evaluate products to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits
- Test products for conformity to specifications
- Identify and document defects or non-conformities
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in quality control or related field
- Strong understanding of quality management principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in relevant field preferred
