Quality Control Associate

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Quality Control/Assurance or a similar field as the Supervisor preferred.Strong experience in E-Commerce or Logistics. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good interpersonal skills.Keen to details.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Strong organization and project management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.Team management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Possesses complete knowledge and understanding of the company system.Ability to work and follow company SOP.Inspects and documents daily received items of the branch.Inspect and physically document daily delivery of items to avoid delayed transactions and to detect lost packages.Inspect transactions to determine if branches violated J&T Express SOP.Checks and investigates cases regularly.Coordinate with Customer Service about their concerns and provide complete and accurate information based on J&T SOP.Propose recommendations for enhancement of company SOP.Monitors regional/area QC performance and daily reports.Communicate with all the QCs from different regions.Analyst data and provide an improvement plan.Manage, improve, and help with pushing the teamwork.Communicate with other teams to solve problems.
