Manage QA Schedules and lead them.In charge of HACCP revision.Prepare documentation for ISO Audit.Attend WOR Meeting.Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits; monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.Validate quality processes by establishing quality product specifications and quality attributes.Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, and system compliance, collaborating with management to develop training methods.Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, corrective actions, and re-validation.Update job knowledge by studying trends in developments in quality management.Review and analyze the integrated pest management program of the service provider.Assist in the development and improvement of food safety standards.Evaluate the potential food safety hazards in the maintenance work of refrigeration technicians.Help in solving problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of front-end activities.Responsible for the renewal of the company's regulatory and statutory accreditation relevant to food safety.Ensure compliance with GOP, SSOP, HACCP, and customer audit findings relevant to food safety.Conduct the annual refresher course on GOP and SSOP for all warehouse personnel.Implement authority to receive and inspect shipments, incoming materials or supplies, and equipment, comparing quality and form based on written descriptions and specifications.Work within client visits when necessary for special projects/customers.Lead, train, and guide staff/student trainees performing related work or functions of the support group.Undertake basic and applied research into aspects of food processing, food preservation, food quality, food deterioration, packaging, storage, and delivery.As Member of Food Safety Team: Periodically review all food safety procedures and instructions to ensure they remain current.Ensure that processes needed for the FSMS are established, implemented, and maintained.Report to team meetings on the performance of the FSMS and any need for improvement.Conduct HACCP.Develop the company's prerequisite programs and ensure that PRPs are implemented, monitored, and communicated to the appropriate parties; periodically review PRPs.Confirm non-conformity and determine the disposition of non-conforming products.Conduct an internal food safety audit program.Initiate product recalls to ensure adequate implementation and effectiveness.
