Quality Assurance Staff

1. Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
2. Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and
quality of the service or product.
3. Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
4. Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that
quality assurance standards are achieved.
5. Compile and analyze statistical data.
6. Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
7. Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
8. Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
9. Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
10. May perform task assign from time to time.


Qualifications:

Preferably with experience as QA Staff in Food Industry
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology or any other related courses (Biology, Microbiology, etc.)
