Essential Responsibilities
Business Process Management (report, CM, opportunities, contracts, plans). Working to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for customer improvement purposes. Standardization of processes. Preparing proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes with a customer focus. Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Contributing to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months

To be successful in this role you will have:
English professional proficiency Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Experience in customer service and implementation of profitability plans A min. of 3 to 5 years' experience in Quality assurance.
