Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Parañaque

Work Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours per day, 6 days a week

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts examinations to ensure branch compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Identifies operational inefficiencies and recommends improvements for service delivery across branches.
Prepares exception reports, discusses findings with branch staff, and ensures timely resolution.
Submits operations review reports to the QASU Head.
Reviews transaction documents for accuracy and completeness.
Coaches branches on service-related issues and guides personnel in delivering excellent customer service.
Acts as Branch Operations Head (BOH) or Teller when necessary.
Performs other assigned duties and ensures compliance with environmental policies.

Position Requirements:
Graduate of Business, Accounting, Banking/Financial Services, or related fields.
Strong understanding of branch operations and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
