Quality Assurance Specialist - Cebu

TASQ Staffing Solutions is looking for a quality assurance analyst to work on site in Cebu City.

Shift: Shifting (5 days a week, 9-hour shift including lunchbreak)

Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:

1 year of QA Experience in the BPO industry
Any Collections Experience
Finished at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
With TOR/report of grades
Job Description:

Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for improvement.
Monitoring customer interactions to identify areas of improvement.
Implementing and evaluating operational processes and procedures.
Reviewing and analyzing system specifications.
Developing effective test strategies and plans.
