Quality Assurance (Qa)

Responsibilities: To prepare COA for customer.  To carry out quality control inspection for incoming material. Approved or reject raw material with respect to quality standards and records supplier performance. Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines. Prepared documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records. To ensure all documentation are kept and filed properly for ease retrieval. Validate quality processes by establishing product specification and quality attributes. Manage and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance and surveillance audits. Prepare quality documentation and report by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior/management from time to time. Requirements: Proven work experience as quality assurance or relevant role.  A sharp eye for details and result-driven approach. Responsible and trustworthy. Solid knowledge of quality control standard and testing methodologies. Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO9001 etc). Min SPM level, further qualification will be a plus. Ability to work independently as as a part of team.
