Position Title: Quality Assurance Officer (MIS Function)
Job Summary: The key responsibility is to oversee and manage CPD Reporting Analytics requirements.Conducts review/evaluations of existing processes and formulate strategies to optimize procedures.Enhances the existing tools, applications, and systems that support each process.Specific Duties & Responsibilities: Designs and builds reporting solutions and tools for business insights.Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external uses of various units in relation but not limited to processes, transactions and overall performance and activity of CPD.Assists DPD in managing automation projects from documentation to execution and post-implementation.Manages project documentation by reviewing them and monitoring their compliance to policies as well as endorsing the release of appropriate advisories, implementing guidelines / IOL's of the approved process or system change.Provides corrective and preventive measures to mitigate risk.Ensures compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements and bank policies.Provides continuous mentoring, learning and development opportunities to team members.Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications: Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, or business process improvement.Experience in project management, preferably with automation projects.Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Proficiency in data analysis tools.Other Details: Rank: Junior Officer
