Quality Assurance Manager

Job description
Manages the incoming inspection of Packaging Materials to ensure manpower cost efficiency and effectivity of this activity.
Signs the return order of rejected deliveries of PM
Manages direct hire employees.
Manages equipment issues to maximize equipment uptime & minimize equipment downtime
Manages Customer Complaints, Root cause Analysis & Resolution.
Recommends and takes preventive and corrective actions when necessary.
Plans & coordinates with Warehouse team to ensure semi finished goods and packaging materials are available to support production
Manages the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Warehousing Practice (GWP), Good Transport Practice (GTP), ISO Compliance of Blending Plant and all Warehouse Locations nationwide.
Manages the HSSE Function: Pollution Control Officer, ISO 14000, Permits.
Manages the Other assignments and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Graduate of Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.
More than 5 years' experience in QA/QC and Production inspection in managerial level in a manufacturing/packaging environment and in production.
With thorough experience and knowledge in methodologies and standards of packaging / production materials
Proficient in ISO 9001, 14001 and Good Manufacturing Practice.
Adept in numerical skills, data analysis and statistical methods.
Preferably living or near in CARMONA CAVITE.
Must be willing to render Mon-Sat Work schedule.
