_To manage, plan, organize, lead, control and ensure that quality assurance activities are consistently carried in order to support the company's quality objectives_
**Duties & Responsibilities.
**
- Acts as QA Group Head, covering Line QC, Document Control Unit and Training activities.
- Coordinates with other group in setting QA objectives and develops strategies and plans to ensure attainment of operation's objectives.
- Plans and distribute manpower resources for proper loading and balancing to meet operation's commitment.
- Prepares and assess over-all group's budget and ensures that forecasted budget is within controlled level.
- Deals with customer's feedback regarding operation's services and products which can be directly addressed with Quality Assurance activities.
- Establish performance indicators and regularly monitor group's performance, and take corrective and preventive actions related to meeting quality objectives whenever necessary.
- Responsible in the continuous study and enhancement of quality system along with the suitability to the needs and directions of the organization.
- Establish plans and programs for training and development of QA personnel.
- Responsible in disseminating qualified information on technical know-how, quality, administrative and general issues to line QA personnel.
- Performs other related activities and company programs that may be assigned from time to time.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate IE, EE, ECE graduate with Electronic manufactuirng services
- With 5 - 10 years of experience in handling quality operations
- Handling managerial position in Electronics Company/ Semiconductors/ Manufacturing
- Has been trained and worked as a "lead auditor"
- Knowledgeable in ISO standards
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance / quality control procedures and legal standards.
- Amenable to work in Canlubang Calamba Laguna
