QualificationsEssential Skills / Non Negotiable Skills:- Years of Experience: 4-7 years of experience in software development or QA roles.- Strong experience in agile environments and in leading quality initiatives.- Advanced understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Exceptional soft skills, including communication, leadership, and collaboration.Desirable Skills / Good To Haves:- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.).- Design, implement and maintain basic test automation frameworks.Job DescriptionOVERVIEWDaily Routine / Role Overview- Lead and mentor junior team members.- Collaborate with product managers to define acceptance criteria and understand user scenarios.- Review and improve existing test strategies and processes.- Investigate and implement new testing tools and methodologies.- Provide technical leadership in testing and contribute to improving product quality.Expectation for the first 6 months- Familiarize with the squad / product supported, AGILE practices and the standardized testing processes.- Can create Test Analysis based on requirements, incorporating the minimum standard and guidelines set by the QA department. - Leads / assists the TAAS in test preparation, test execution and test reporting.- Started to create test automation scripts.
