Quality Assurance Engineer - Cavite - P20K

WORK LOCATION: Cavite
SALARY: ?20,000

JOB PURPOSE: Directs and supervises work activities of inspectors in their assigned areas of responsibility; Performs line checking to ensure conformance with specification and standards; Reports and recommends corrective actions on found deviations / non-conformances; Plans, organizes and schedules manpower to support production operation; Conducts training and re-training of inspectors; Calls and presides a meeting with the involved process engineers and manufacturing supervisors to settle both internal and external quality issues; Generate corrective action upon issuance of non-conformity report (NCR) / one pager report (OPR) and 7 full steps in compliance to the customer requirements; Initiate improvement on areas affecting quality to minimize / reduce quality defect by analyzing data and current processes; Support Process engineer especially during BY-OFF; Verifies and approve all fabricated production tools and jigs wherein marking/stamps is visible prior to its use

- With background in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA)
