Quality Assurance Department Head - Leasing And Finance

The Quality Assurance Department Head oversees the management of application projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
This includes reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Project Plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Test Plans, Migration/System Integration Testing (SIT) Plans, and other relevant documents to ensure compliance with ICT division operations manuals and government agency circulars.
• Graduate of Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related field), Information Technology, or Accounting from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Auditor, preferably in the financial industry
• At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity as an IT Auditor or IT Compliance professional
• Experience in process improvement or re-engineering is highly desirable
• Quick learner with strong analytical skills; meticulous, thorough, and attentive to details
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated with strong leadership abilities
