Quality Assurance Assistant

? Perform inspections of personnel hygiene to ensure protocol of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) was followed.
? Monitor quality of every part of the pig, cattle and lamb during slaughtering.
? Conduct and document condemnation slips report.
? Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
? Preparation of waste water sample for DENR water analysis.
? Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
? Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
? Interfaces with other department to develop and implement training programs as required.
? Confers with QA supervisor to coordinate activities of individual departments.
