Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Work Setup: Onsite, M-F, mid-shift schedule (3pm - 12am) or night shift schedule (7pm -4am, 9pm - 6am) Work Location: Taguig City Industry: IT Industry

About the Job: As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the quality assurance team in ensuring our products meet high standards of quality and reliability. You will be involved in testing, analyzing, and reporting on product quality while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of quality assurance.

Scope & Responsibilities: Record and report test results and document defects and issues in the tracking system.Work closely with senior QA team members to identify and address quality issues.Provide input for improving QA processes and tools based on testing experiences and feedback.Ensure adherence to company quality standards and procedures during testing phases.Help in generating and analyzing quality reports and metrics.Continuously learn and adapt to new QA tools, techniques, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role or similar.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Basic understanding of quality assurance processes and testing methodologies.Familiarity with testing tools and software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is a plus.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
