About the role:
The company has been established since 2020 and has now reached its start-up maturity going into ROI for the tech. This is the reason why we are hiring because there's a need due to the rigorous ramp of clients wanting to get the tech. As of the moment, there are already 5 employees with an average tenure of 1yr to 6 months in the Philippines.
As we are still working on the entity here in the Philippines, the contract is still Contractual in nature (but you are a regular employee in the parent Company in the States). This will all change soon as we are expediting the establishment of the local entity here.
The Job:
It is primarily QA work of how well the system is working when we deploy the tech or have a new build of the software. There is a bit of travel as you need to be onsite upon deployment wherever the client is. But after deployment as long as all is working smoothly the set-up is a hybrid/skeletal system.All of which as you travel to various sites, most expenses are covered through reimbursement.
Salary:
As this is still contractually based, you are employed as contractual work (similar to VAs) which means you earn dollars from the parent company. this is directly remitted to your bank account.
