Quality Analyst (Pasay)

Requirements:
Must be amendable to work onsite
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as Quality Analyst in BPO Industry
Good communication skills
Good knowledge in Quality Tools
Prefer insurance account experience
Minimum of 2 years undergraduate

Responsibilities:
Monitoring of transactions as per process guidelines
Conduct call quality coaching to the associates
Work with the Process Management Team in coming up with initiatives to help improve associates and site performance.
Team mentoring, engagement and coaching skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to do multi-tasking
