Job Description
Essential Functions/ResponsibilitiesProvides coaching and mentoring to agents in order for them to improve on their performance and the attainment of their metricsEnsure that appropriate knowledge tools, techniques and standards are being utilized to meet customer requirements and needsPerforms Monitoring and provides feedback to the Management Team and to the ClientProvides coaching and mentoring to analysts in order for them to improve on their performance and the attainment of their metricsParticipates and coordinates in Quality Calibration Sessions with the clients and the management teamAdhere to all HIPAA guidelines and policiesPerform other projects and duties as required
Qualifications
Candidate must be a high school graduate, senior high school graduate, associate graduate, and/or college levelCandidate must have one to two years of experience in healthcare account and QA roleExcellent communication skills, both in written and oralMust be willing to work on a shifting schedule and work on-site in Market! Market! BGC
