Quality Analyst

Job Description
-Essential Functions/Responsibilities
-Provides coaching and mentoring to agents in order for them to improve on their performance and the attainment of their metrics
-Ensure that appropriate knowledge tools, techniques and standards are being utilized to meet customer requirements and needs
-Performs Monitoring and provides feedback to the Management Team and to the Client
-Provides coaching and mentoring to analysts in order for them to improve on their performance and the attainment of their metrics
-Participates and coordinates in Quality Calibration Sessions with the clients and the management team
-Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and policies
-Perform other projects and duties as required

Qualifications
-Candidate must be a high school graduate, senior high school graduate, associate graduate, and/or college level
-Candidate must have one to two years of experience in healthcare account and QA role
-Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral
-Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and work on-site in Market! Market! BGC
