Work Setup: OnsiteFixed Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM ESTShifting Schedule Requirements: At least 2 years of college/college graduate2 to 4 years of banking contact center experienceMinimum 2 years of experience as a QA in a contact center Qualifications: Basic understanding of quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)Excellent communication, feedback, and coaching skillsProficient in MS Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)Willingness to work in shiftsStrong oral and written communication and listening skills
