Details of the offer

Job Summary:

- Assess the quality of interactions based on predefined criteria, including accuracy, customer service, adherence to protocols, and overall performance.
- Develop and deliver training sessions based on identified needs.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance overall service quality.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years' Quality Analyst experience in Financial, telco or banking
• Must be able to report onsite (WFO)
• Can work in Alabang or MOA site
• Can start ASAP

Salary: 34k
