**Job Description**:
Perform maintenance and update of the global quality manual, including global issue/error/idea logs and regular scheduling of transactional examination and process audits across all services and locations in FME.
Will be responsible for:
- Implement, maintain and promote the use of consistent quality audit processes to meet timelines and deliverables according to requirements and standard operating procedures, and assume accountability for the deliverables
- Leads and performs quality inspection, documents findings by following required audit processes and procedures, provide trend analysis, and participates in audit calibration process where required
- Review, confirm and report compliance with audit procedure requirements
- Carefully maintain tracking systems and take ownership of assigned CAPAs with respect to ensuring that the actions are closed and produce documentary evidence to that effect in coordination with the process leads
- Assess quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend insights, support improvement plans, and collaborates with the operations team and GPO to improve quality performance
- Provide information to Process Excellence Team (PEXT) on any inefficient policies and processes across their aligned tower(s) and provide suggested improvement where possible (partnering with SMEs)
- Perform QA during transition implementation and spot checking at the stabilization Phase
- Nurture and sustain an environment of continuous learning
- contribute to designing training materials and conducting QMS training for new hires and existing team at regular intervals
